We're gearing up for a great year!

If you could just see this school right now. Everything has been moved off the tile floors so they can be waxed and every cabinet and closet is being organized so we can be clean and organized for our first day, August 25th. I know it's all going to come together, but what a wreck this week! The teachers are getting so excited, ideas are flowing. The new teachers are awesome and returning teachers are gifted mentors! First School teachers are wonderful!

    Well, Hayden had a wonderful first day at school... it started off a little rough (Hayden isn't a big fan of change, and changing classrooms and teachers wasn't exactly easy), but quickly became wonderful...

    We are having a Gold Fundraiser on Nov. 15th & 16th. Gold is now over $1100 an ounce. A F.S. parent, Wendy Lewis is a rep for Braswell & Sons, is buying gold from our parents. Many smart parents have brought in gold and received hefty checks just in time for Christmas. Some checks arranged from $100 to over $600!!

    Our Thanksgiving Family Luncheon will be on Thursday & Friday, November 19-20, at 11:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. We wish everyone and happy and safe Thanksgiving.
